Product Summary
ORABOND® 1489 Double-sided tape consists of a glass fibre scrim coated on both sides with a specialised synthetic rubber adhesive. The adhesive has high tack and good resistance to ageing. Due to its high tear-resistance and low elongation this tape is ideal for stabilising rubber profiles and sealing tapes, especially EPDM-based profiles, in industrial and commercial applications. It has limited resistance to plasticisers and other readily migrating chemicals.

• Paper tissue with rubber adhesive on both sides. (total thickness 250 micron)
• High adhesion power.
• Good adhesion on rubber materials, also on EPDM-based profiles.
• Good water resistance.
