HP Latex Consumable Warranty Replacement Procedure Return to Services Page

 

There may be unexpected occurrences where your HP printer may request the replacement of a print head, ink cartridge or cleaning unit, prior to the projected replacement date. This can be due to premature failure of the consumable or a malfunction of the printer.

In the unexpected event that you experience a premature failure of any of the HP Latex consumables i.e. ink cartridge, print head or cleaning cartridge, please adopt the following procedure.

 

1.    Launch the HP Web browser and select the Support tab.

2.    Select printer information and save the information file with your Company Name.

3.     Email the saved file to technical@ags.com.au reporting the consumable failure including - Company Name, Contact Details, Details of consumable failure.

 

4.    Contact the ORAFOL Techline on 07 38236000 and advise the Tech Team of the failure. The AGS Technical team will arrange for the replacement consumable item to be sent to you or be made available for collection.

 

Please note that the replacement consumable will be initially invoiced to your account or if you are a pre-pay customer payment will be required prior to despatch. A credit/refund will then be raised when AGS receives the defective item back in our Distribution Centre.
